Standby UPS Topology

This 480W battery backup system “Standby” UPS offers protection against power surges and battery backup system. The battery and inverter do not supply power to connected electrical equipment until power loss is detected.  During power loss, a transfer switch will automatically engage the UPS batteries for continuous power to the attached equipment.  Upon restoration of power, the transfer switch will disengage from the battery back to the utility power.
